Before using RH smart management solutions, we were using Sensu solution for our Cloud KPIs insights with a house made dashboard, I would to say the solution was horrible :), Then we moved to RH smart management, what I like is the proactive and predictions for the Cloud weakness that's absolutely metigated since using Red Hat Smart Management. One subscribtion for all Red Hat products is a great feature and easier for life cycle management but Red Hat Smart manager is have a high price that's I think RD needs to review it.
