We enjoy its use, because it is excellent, easy to use and intuitive, it provides security and there is no need to worry, it is effective and what I like most about its security scan and its easy installation, are two aspects that stand out in Red Hat Quay, and especially because it offers several functions that are easy to use, its interface is perfect and combines well with the system it offers, with this container I can share and build images, it is excellent and is the right tool. What do you dislike about Red Hat Quay?

Today there is no perfect software, most of them always have their weaknesses, what I do not like about this tool is its price and its errors when synchronizing and the difficulty of entering the connectable containers, it usually happens and we do not find no solution. What do you dislike about Red Hat Quay?

Honestly, I have nothing bad to say, but it would be good to solve some small inconveniences, since the way of moving on the site is usually somewhat confusing, sometimes there are errors in the image scanner, it is good, but you must solve those problems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Very good registration tool that meets the needs with good features."
4.5/5
What do you like best about Red Hat Quay?

What I like most is its ease of configuration, at the beginning it was easy and fast and we did not face any kind of problem, it was simpler than we expected, this incredible tool is giving to talk about the ease of use and implementation, it offers excellent Features that facilitate the registration of containers, it is effective and accessible, by the way, it is very reliable and easy to understand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Red Hat Quay?

At the moment we have not noticed any type of irregularity and anything that is a serious problem, but if we have had small problems that are not so important, some failures in their use but that do not cause any inconvenience and we have learned to live with them, but It would be better to keep that in mind and improve. "Multiple integrations, extensive database and smooth and stable solutions."
4.5/5
What do you like best about Red Hat Quay?

Installation is simple to do, requiring basic CPU performance to work smoothly. I like being able to install and enable logging in using commands. I like to be able to have 2 options to install my database as a Programmer diversity is important for my Red Hat allows me to choose between MySQL or PostgreSQL but basically to work with image containers I prefer to work with MySQL. Quay offers an excellent interface to run and set values in the existing database everything is very simple with this system it offers. It allows me to run Redis as a container many times I use this executable to create quality databases and it goes without saying that it is really simple and if I implement this company I create a fluid and very stable program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Red Hat Quay?

When I want to access the executable to work with my docker containers I must create two directories and store them on the host the next step is to run Quay as a container can present problems of slowness or error in the computer sometimes it takes to appear the service but may be due to the low RAM memory of my CPU is important for users to have at least 4Gb not to present problems when using this container. "Quay the most advanced enterprise container in the entire network"
4/5
What do you like best about Red Hat Quay?

Red Hat offers a sophisticated and advanced system with Quay. I like to have full control over my images and have full access to the specific details I need to make sure that the applications I develop work optimally. I currently use version 3.1 and it is really complete, being able to store, build and deploy images like no other container on the market. It has a shared global registry, I can synchronize repositories and create image lists. It is a fully developed container. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Red Hat Quay?

The new version offers some problems in the synchronization of repositories should improve the synchronization to not have any complaints about the product. Applying filters to synchronize is another flaw you may notice when running the container in Windows. I observe that it works better with Linux Enterprise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Good and reliable tool with excellent features."
4.5/5
What do you like best about Red Hat Quay?

I like it because it is easy to use and has good characteristics, it is reliable and its safety analysis is excellent and practical, it is still one of the most effective tools compared to others, its capabilities are what we were looking for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Red Hat Quay?

I could comment that I have noticed some faults, such as speed, because sometimes I could say that it feels too slow and heavy, another negative aspect is the price, since it is very high and could be better, however, it is nothing serious, But I feel that this tool has the power to be better. "Customized containers, automation and image capture"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Red Hat Quay?

I like how easy it is to use Quay, it has an interesting option in the initial configuration called Swagger this allows me to enter my network hat instance through my web browser. It is very useful the amount of initial commands that this service offers, it allows me to get publish and delete configurations from the API just by typing lines of code set in your startup manuals. Creating repositories from the API is perhaps the best thing this service offers, you can build repositories from specific entries and it also allows you to add custom tags. It supports a variety of extensions, the best of which are dockerfile instances which are specified through a subdirectory set in the initial API. They offer you an application called OAuth with which you can successfully manage all the organizations integrated into the Quay platform. It is also very useful for image capture and automation such as obtaining robot permissions and accessing a specific image bank. Another interesting option is that it allows you to download all the records from the repositories. I like this because I can evaluate the development bugs. Python is the tool with which it is best integrated mainly because the base of the code is written in this language, excellent for creating private repositories. What do you dislike about Red Hat Quay?

I want to report some errors in the creation of the access token in the initial configuration to access the API even though I have done the steps correctly I have had problems logging in with my organization, I am thinking of creating a new one but I do not want to lose the information I have already uploaded. The application icon in the navigation bar is grayed out if the initial configuration is not correct. This is another problem because if I don't select the new application I can't start a project. The import requests that I do with python are entered correctly but I have experienced failures especially in the part of authorizing the devices for secure access, the tar parameters for the url files usually give errors, I hope to solve these failures to continue enjoying the service. "Customized and secure containers, automatic image compilation."
4.5/5
What do you like best about Red Hat Quay?

If there is one thing I enjoy about Quay it is the integration with the use of web hooks, I really enjoy creating projects in conjunction with Github, easy to understand interface and ability to view all the scans of the operating system layer being implemented. Specialized support and maintenance. Integrated security scanning when pushing images is amazing how you get vulnerabilities, all this in automatic already designed. Automated geographic replication, I can have all my images replicated in multiple regions. Basic courses available to the less experienced, an indispensable tool. Security when logging in using LDAP encryption, this system that Red Hat has created is exquisite, it gives complete security to all your projects on the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Red Hat Quay?

I would like to be able to edit the tags more and be able to customize the repositories more. I have to restore if any container has an error, constantly if I overwrite an image by accident I have to start the cycle again as Quay throws constant errors. The audit trails need more accurate information can improve the interface of this option. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Red Hat Quay?

There are some aspects that I do not like, for example, some synchronization failures, also speed problems, monitoring is always very slow, only those small details because in a few words it has been very useful and I hope they continue to improve over time. "Design and distribution of registration containers at company level"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Red Hat Quay?

I love working with red hat quay in my organization, as it provides us with container storage, construction, distribution and implementation. Their system is highly secure and automated so that people can get the best possible performance when using this tool in their business. This service has a generous specific permission system to assign various organizational structures, integrates perfectly with some vulnerability detectors to automatically scan images and notify if there are alerts, a factor that makes this system highly convenient for many is its great compatibility with most container environments and orchestration platforms. red hat quay compared to other services is a platform that was born to make a difference because of its great functionality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Red Hat Quay?

My main concern about this service is its implementation cost, since it is very expensive and more for small organizations, I have also noticed that this service has a great absence of the support team and although it is high functionality is necessary to have a support that is powerful to provide quick solutions at any time, but compared to other alternatives this tool is very complete and offers a very integrated service.
