I like to have full control over my images and have full access to the specific details I need to make sure that the applications I develop work optimally. I currently use version 3.1 and it is really complete, being able to store, build and deploy images like no other container on the market. It has a shared global registry, I can synchronize repositories and create image lists. It is a fully developed container. **What do you dislike about Red Hat Quay?** The new version offers some problems in the synchronization of repositories should improve the synchronization to not have any complaints about the product. Applying filters to synchronize is another flaw you may notice when running the container in Windows. I observe that it works better with Linux Enterprise. **Recommendations to others considering Red Hat Quay:** It is really useful for those who are looking for safe storage through a container, the distribution and implementation is quite complete and intuitive. We use a number of Docker images for a micro service architecture, so being able to easily keep track of all of the images, what their statuses are, and how often they've been updated is extremely convenient. I'm also particularly fond of the automatic-expiring of outdated images. **What do you dislike about Red Hat Quay?** There is sometimes a bit of a speed issue on browsing the quay.io site. It often feels pretty laggy. I also wished they had more offerings for individual usage as opposed to Enterprise. What they have is fine, it could just be better. **Recommendations to others considering Red Hat Quay:** The Enterprise packaging seems to be really cost effective given the advantages it provides compared to competitors. **What problems is Red Hat Quay solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed a place to easily host Docker images, but quickly came to appreciate it's project scanning.
