I enjoy the resources Redhat makes available to RHEL users and utilizing the satellite feature to quickly gauge what is happening. Also, I appreciate that RHEL forces the GRUB menu so I can easily access it without special key-press combinations. The troubleshoot feature that comes with the bootable ISO is also a plus! Many of the rocket scientists and engineers that I support much prefer the Linux environment and tools over Windows and the proprietary limitations. I find RHEL to make system administration much easier due to the capabilities in the terminal.
