The platform has lots of documentation that makes it easy to find what I want and what I need. Once I have everything set up it is very easy to test the code that has been written. There are times where finding the exact thing that I need is difficult and getting things to work the way I want just doesn't exist and needs to be created by hand either through custom modules, or using shell commands. Most of my team is fairly proficient in Ansible, so this, combined with git, allows us to use each other's playbooks, and it ensures that our most-frequently-used playbooks are kept up-to-date.
