**What do you like best about RedeApp?**

I like the peace of mind that comes with using RedeApp at my organization. We can be sure that all messages (especially those pertaining to the youth in our care) are secure and HIPAA-compliant. Our team uses Redeapp daily to send organization-wide announcements, one-on-one communications, and messages within departments. We're starting to implement the Communities feature, which allows users to opt-in to certain interest groups for targeted updates. The customer support with Redeapp has always been fantastic, too.

**What do you dislike about RedeApp?**

As the organization's Communications Manager, I primarily use RedeApp to send organization-wide messages from my desktop computer. I will say that the user interface on the desktop version is pretty lackluster and could be more visually appealing. I also dislike how there's an unseen timer that logs you out of the platform after a period of inactivity.

**What problems is RedeApp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

RedeApp allows our Communications Team to send organization-wide messages to individuals whose hands-on work with residents prevents them from regularly sitting at a computer. It also ensures that our messages are secure and HIPAA-compliant.

**What do you like best about RedeApp?**

Redeapp has become more than just a communication tool for us, it’s practically part of the family. I tell folks it’s like the kitchen of our workplace. You know, the place everyone likes to hang out. Everybody knows where to go when there’s news, updates, a special challenge or game, when they need access to forms and resources, or when they just want to send a shout-out to a team member who went the extra mile. Work and fun both happen here!

What’s surprised me most is how it’s shaped our culture. We’re not just sending messages, we’re building stronger teams and tighter connections than I ever expected from an app. You can feel the difference, and in today’s world, where so many people are searching for connection, that matters.

From a business standpoint, it’s just plain smart. Redeapp saves us time (and let’s be honest, time is money) and has even become a retention tool for us. Messages reach the right people instantly and go farther and faster than any memo or email chain ever could.

And let me add this, every sales team in the world swears up and down that they’ll “walk beside you” through implementation and beyond. …Bless their hearts. But Redeapp? They actually mean it. They’ve stood right beside us every step of the way, and today that is extremely rare. I know my support team there, and they are committed 100% to what they do. More importantly, they know us, our business, and our mission.

Redeapp is used every day by every person in our organization, whether desk-based or not. It keeps us connected, builds trust, increases efficiency, and makes us better at what we do. If you want to make communication and connection better I would highly recommend Redeapp!!

**What do you dislike about RedeApp?**

Like with any app/technology you run into bugs. However, the entire Redeapp team provides excellent and efficent service, when the inevitiable happens.

**What problems is RedeApp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Redeapp is the central location for all team member resources, links, and forms, and it serves as the communication hub. It makes communication more targeted and efficient, with features that allow automation in a way that feels natural and intentional. Everyone has access to the resources they need right at their fingertips.

**What do you like best about RedeApp?**

Redeapp is such an amazing tool. It connects everyone in our company across all levels. It provides us a way to provide transparent information to associates while also ensuring all data shared is protected. 

One of our favorite stories to tell about Redeapp was from a hurricane season at one of our coastal locations. They were without phones and power within the residence, but they still had internet access on their mobile devices. We had created a hurricane command center that would relay information to our teams when calling the residence was no longer an option. This kept us all connected and we knew they were okay in that time of uncertainty. 

Redeapp is so easy to use. It is very easy to get our associates on board to use on a regular basis. It acts as a resource center for all important documents for an associate. It also provides quick access to electronic forms that we have created, which has allowed us to streamline several of our practices. 

Our CSM is also incredible. We haven't met a single person at Redeapp who isn't eager to assist with whatever issue or challenge we are facing. They are truly an incredible team. We also appreciate how they go to bat for us when we suggest a new feature or function. They have been truly an asset and such a blessing to work with.

**What do you dislike about RedeApp?**

As of right now, my only complaint is the lack of admin access that we can provide to our directors. We would love to have an "admin console" version that is accessible to the field for their specific groups that would allow them to pull their own dashboard metrics. We would also love to see API integration more accessible, which would allow us to better communicate with our teams using smart messaging in both broadcast and communities.

**What problems is RedeApp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy communication with all 5,000 of our associates. We have also streamlined several of our forms through the electronic option.

We oversee multiple communities in our industry. I love that we can stay connected with what's going on at each when they are located near and far. Being able to communicate with directly with team members and leaderships allows for more quality service for all.

Any app has it's issue. I do hope that there is a capability to upload larger videos. Sometimes reading a memo can be a lot, but videos seem to be more engaging.

Team members are able to quickly connect with their leaders, get real time responses and notices.

We had consistent complaints that emails were getting lost and that there were too many emails going around to be able to keep up. RedeApp has solved that. We are able to keep messages, links, files, and posts all in one spot. So when people are ready to go back and look for things, it is all right there. The customer service has also been TOP KNOTCH.

Any issues are always met with immediate support. So if I had to pick something, I'd say similar to any tech software, we run into software updates or bugs from time to time but that is to be expected.

**What problems is RedeApp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a large group of employees that are not working behind a computer throughout the year. We also have a large seasonal workforce. Redeapp provides us the tools needed to communication effectively with this team of employees. By having this in place, we have seen engagement increase.

RedeApp has been an amazing tool when helping us communicate with our employees, and providing an access hub for them to see our policies and other apps!

The only complaint, is that we simply want it to keep doing more for us! :)

RedeApp has given Otterbein a direct line of communication to more than 90% of our frontline staff, that we didn't have before.  It has also streamlined giving our employees access to essential information like  benefits, policies, and direct connections to the rest of our applications.

The best thing about the RedeApp is the ease of use. Especially for those new to using apps for team information. My child is on several teams that all use different apps for communication. This one is definitely the easiest to navigate. I will definitely recommend this app!

The font is a little small, but that just may be me not knowing whether or not I can change it/make it bigger.

I actually use RedeApp as a team sports communication engine, but that choice was unavailable above.

RedE has been great for my rowing club because it allows everybody to see club updates, has different sections that are customizable, and has direct messaging features. It has external links that you can add, like merch and google drives.

The different between broadcasts and group messages are a little confusing to me.

It helps me communicate with my coach and be aware of updates.

1- Friendly user interface and ease of use dashboard 
2- Red e app facilitates effective communication with the work team through group conversations

It is unable to solve the communication problems. There are some issues that the development team needs to resolve. The app is unreliable and less user friendly. It would be valuable if file transfers were increased.

**What do you dislike about RedeApp?**

Red e App creates a communication gap within teams, which affects productivity and necessitates reliance on platforms. The interface needs to be more user friendly. There are concerns regarding the security of messaging features that further complicate communication management.

**What problems is RedeApp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It appears that the app doesnt adequately solve conflicts in Android Gradle dependencies causing inconvenience, for developers. Red e App is unable to solve the problems associated with communication and connectivity among our desk workforce. It does not enable us to communicate information, with every employee, no matter where they are or what they do.

its a disappointing that the app doesnt fully solve all communication problems. There are errors that required resolution from the development team. There is room for improvement in terms of connectivity with colleagues.

The desk workforce is unable to connect across the entire company. This resulted in communication gap with in a team. It increases the need for multiple platforms. As a result, our operations are obstructed and reduce productivity. The lack of user-friendly interface and insecure messaging feature increase the difficulties of management.

Best UI for accessing
Good communication between employees and its company
Very Satisfying UI, which can easily be understood instead of being difficult
