Recurly Commerce is a subscription management platform built natively for Shopify and Shopify Plus merchants. It enables DTC brands to launch, manage, and scale subscription programs from within the Shopify checkout experience, without middleware or workarounds. Recurly Commerce handles subscribe-and-save, prepaid subscriptions, gift subscriptions, fixed bundles, build-your-own-box, membership subscriptions, and long-cycle replenishment. Billing cadences range from weekly to annual. Mixed-cart checkout, tiered quantity discounts, and decoupled billing and delivery schedules are supported natively. The platform includes AI-powered intelligent retry logic trained on $16B+ in annual payment volume across the Recurly Network. Cancel-save flows with pause, swap, loyalty discount, and free gift offers are available. Subscribers can skip, pause, cancel, swap products, change billing frequency, update shipping addresses, add one-time items, and gift their next order all in their own customer portal. The platform is designed to empower merchants at scale and volume to tackle the biggest problems in the subscriber lifecycle. Merchants canv view real-time MRR, churn, retention, and cohort reports. Recurly Commerce includes dedicated onboarding and migration support backed by Recurly's 15+ years in subscription management. Recurly Commerce also includes migration support for merchants moving from other Shopify subscription apps, backed by Recurly's broader subscription billing infrastructure and payment recovery technology.
