recruiting.ki is an AI recruiting platform with an integrated applicant tracking system (ATS) that makes finding candidates far easier for employers, agencies and staffing firms. The whole process runs in one tool: recruiters describe the open position in the chat and make the final decision, while the AI handles everything in between. Job ads go live within 5 to 10 minutes and are multiposted in one step to a wide range of job boards, from Google Jobs and Indeed to StepStone. In addition, the AI runs and optimizes campaigns on Facebook and Instagram. Candidates apply on mobile in 60 seconds without a CV, are contacted within minutes and are pre-qualified in AI phone interviews, around the clock and in more than 20 languages. All applications from every channel land in the integrated ATS with candidate profiles, interview evaluations and match scores, and interviews are booked directly into the calendar. Existing HR systems can also be connected via integrations and API. Agencies can use the platform white-label under their own brand. More than 350 customers already use recruiting.ki. The platform is GDPR-compliant, hosted in the EU and ready for the EU AI Act.
