There are so many great things about this application. It allows me to use more than one recruiter at a time to find qualified applicants that meet and exceed my requirements. Previously I had tried advertising for the position, then I signed up with a recruiter specializing in filling legal and in-house counsel positions on a 30-day exclusivity. but neither presented the type of candidate that I was looking for. I wasted months with the traditional approaches. Once I uploaded the job description and answered questions that helped the recruiters understand my requirements and preferences, I was able to select the number of recruiters that received my request. Within 48-hours I received resumes from recruiters presenting candidates that met my min. requirements and included preferred experience. I had more than 40 qualified candidates in less than 2 weeks. I like how Recruitifi presents one resume at a time so that no two recruiters can present the same candidate. I also like the chat feature and public response that allows me to post questions and answers to all recruiters in addition to the private responses. In 13 days I was able to complete the search and hire qualified Associate General Counsel. I have recommended this application to several people in other companies trying to hire. When you advance a candidate to the next stage, it would be nice if it allowed for more "stages" than are currently built into the application. Without this feature, I needed to create a spreadsheet to follow the various stages of online interviews, waiting for a response to email, and onsite interview for each candidate. I have used Recruitifi as both a hiring organization, and as an agency recruiter. As a hiring organization with multiple users and locations, I liked that I had access to pull reports and review data such as what types of positions we outsourced most often, and total company spend. I also liked the ease of use of the platform, I could see all of my open reqs, candidates, and provide feedback from my dashboard, rather than managing agency submissions from my inbox. I could also view my recruiting team member's dashboards which was helpful if someone was out of the office or needed assistance. As a hiring organization I don't have any dislikes, Recruitifi is always available if I have questions and has tweaked the platform if needed. As an agency recruiter I feel like there is less opportunity to build a relationship with the hiring manager, although hiring managers can select their preferred recruiters, so over time with proven results the relationship can develop. I have been in the Tech Staffing Industry since 1996. RecruitiFi is a disrupter. RecruitiFi allows companies to manage their recruiting agencies through their portal easily. No contract negotiations, just getting access to top talent from a multitude of qualified and vetted agencies. From the recruiter's standpoint, RecruitiFi eliminates the entire business development part of the equation.
