Recruitfi has been very useful of having all of our communication, candidate presentation, invoicing, and hiring in all one place. No longer do we have to dig through emails or keep multiple files of invoices to track our vendor use and from which departments. There is not much I don't like. Unfortuanely we have not been able to implement/intergrate with our applicant tracking system. Which creates some duplication on our end. However, this is not due to a function with Recruitfi, rather a block from our ITS department for security purposes. They are very strict with outside vendors having access. For me, the RecruitiFi team are the leaders in the Agency Management space. Their UX design is inuitive, easy to use, and professional.

RecruitiFi is very fair with the payments to their recruiting partners. They pay much more to agencies than their competitors, and they always have many jobs for recruiters to source for. A recruiting agency could literally build their entire business model off of nothing more than partnering with RecruitiFi. They keep the jobs rolling in, and make it easy to communicate with clients, without the hassle of having to hunt for clients. The platfom is streamlined and simple to use and the feedback is timely. I would highly recommend them to any company out there that has had bad luck working with recruiters before. Their ability to match clients with the appropriate agencies is top-notch.
