Honestly, love that is was easy to navigate. I've seen it from both sides as a recruiter and a client. On both sides they make it very easy to sign up and setup. Support is just a click away. And doesn't matter if your one person or a company of 10k they treat you the same. I'm sure those legacy accounts get some pampering but you catch my drift. RecruitiFi has a straight forward platform that, unlike some other recruiting/vendor management platforms, holds all parties, the recruiter, the candidate, and the client accountable for active engagnement in the process. This helps with one of the most frustrating parts of outside recruitment, and that is the long time frames in which a qualified and engaged candidate sits with no activitiy or feedback, many times causing the candidate to lose interest or accept a position elsewhere.
