What do you like best about Recruiterflow?

I really like how Recruiterflow makes it easy to keep track of all my clients and candidates and their information. It's easy to use, which is a big plus for me. I also appreciate the different integrations it offers, especially with LinkedIn. As a recruiter, having LinkedIn integrations is a very important part of my day-to-day activities, and having it in Recruiterflow is really helpful. The initial setup was very easy too. Hi Daniella,

The professional network integration is something we've invested heavily in precisely because it's non-negotiable for recruiters. Glad it's making a real difference in your day-to-day. The intermittent site issues you mentioned are not something we take lightly; if it happens again, please flag it to our support team right away so we can trace and fix it.

What do you like best about Recruiterflow?

I like Recruiterflow because it's very easy to use. They are always upgrading and updating their system, which means they stay on top of the changes in AI and other elements we need to use daily. This makes it a lot easier than having to look for other tools since Recruiterflow has everything. The customer service is another huge benefit; we have a point of contact, and we can get help when we need it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Recruiterflow?

Nothing to add—we love RecruiterFlow. It does everything we need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Amogh Balikai of Recruiterflow

Hello,

Having a dedicated point of contact who actually helps when you need it is something we think every recruiting firm deserves. And the "always updating" part is intentional: the recruiting landscape is moving fast, and we ship so your stack stays ahead of it. Thanks for being part of the Recruiterflow community.

"Powerful Recruiting Platform That Saves Time and Improves Organization"
5/5
What do you like best about Recruiterflow?

What I like best about Recruiterflow is that it brings the entire recruitment process into one platform. It makes it easy to manage candidates, track client interactions, automate repetitive tasks, and keep the hiring pipeline organized. The user-friendly interface and workflow automation help save time and improve team productivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Recruiterflow?

Recruiterflow is great overall, but some features can take a little time to learn and customize. Once set up, it works very well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Amogh Balikai of Recruiterflow

Hi Alice,

Genuinely glad the platform is delivering on what we built it for: less admin, more clarity, more speed. The learning curve on some of the customization is real, and we're working to flatten it. If you ever hit a setup question, our team is fast to help. Thanks for taking the time to share this

"Streamlined Recruiting with Seamless LinkedIn Integration"
5/5
What do you like best about Recruiterflow?

I like Recruiterflow's versatility and ease of use. It's really nice that it integrates well with LinkedIn, letting me stay within LinkedIn and easily import candidates and start campaigns without switching between apps. It streamlines my workflow, allowing me to source candidates and handle communications in one place, which saves me a lot of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Recruiterflow?

The only thing that I think could be better is the Chrome plugin. The drop down that allows me to stay within LinkedIn could use some enhancements, like making jobs and campaigns sticky. If I'm doing a search for a specific role, that role doesn't always come to the top, even though I've been selecting those repeatedly. There's still a need to search for them. Also, pinning notes can only be done from the app, which could be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Amogh Balikai of Recruiterflow

Hi Stephen,

We're glad the LinkedIn integration is saving you real time.. Your note on the Chrome plugin is sharp and specific. The role/campaign stickiness issue and the pinning limitation are on our radar, and this kind of detail helps us prioritize. Share more through support anytime. We want the extension to feel as smooth as the rest of the platform.

"Intuitive ATS with Stellar Customizability"
5/5
What do you like best about Recruiterflow?

I use Recruiterflow as my primary ATS, and I really like its clear and user-friendly tracking of candidate and job requisition progress. It's very intuitive and user-friendly, which makes my job easier. I also appreciate that they are constantly extending and improving their product capabilities. The customizable job view is great as it provides at-a-glance progress views and easy access to candidate-level information. The NLP search capabilities make it easy to find what I'm looking for, and the flexible reporting portal allows me to look at macro and micro trends in our company's performance. Additionally, configuring integrations is straightforward, and the entire initial setup process was as easy as you could reasonably expect. The customer success and onboarding team were great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Recruiterflow?

The voice integration has some bugs, but otherwise not really! The base product works great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Amogh Balikai of Recruiterflow

Hi Kim,

The customizable job views and NLP search are two things we've invested heavily in, so it's great to hear they're actually making a difference in how you work your pipeline. On the voice integration: that bug feedback is noted and we're actively working through it. If you can share specifics via support, it'll help us get to the root of it faster. Appreciate you taking the time to write this.

"Effortless Setup, Exceptional User Experience"
5/5
What do you like best about Recruiterflow?

I find the user experience of Recruiterflow really easy to use. As soon as you start using the product, you can see the menu buttons on the left hand side, and they are easy to navigate. At each step, it pops up with a guide on what you need to do, which made my initial setup straightforward. Once it was set up, it's a fantastic platform to use. The user guides are really helpful, and if I ever need to learn something new, I can easily find the information. The team that works at Recruiterflow is absolutely incredible. Anytime we've had questions, they've been available for a call. Abhishek and some Charter are always available to help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Recruiterflow?

Nothing Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Amogh Balikai of Recruiterflow

Hi Emma,

This genuinely made us smile:) An onboarding experience that clicks from day one is something we work hard to get right. Abhishek will be thrilled to hear this. Now that you're up and running, dig into AIRA when you're ready. It takes the pipeline management and outreach you're already doing and makes it significantly faster.

"Streamlines Recruitment with Great Support"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Recruiterflow?

I find the plug-in with linkedin is really helpful for us, allowing us to see everything about the candidate and input all the information really easily to clients and for the jobs we have. The customer success manager, Abhishek, is really amazing with me, dealing with all the questions and problems I have to solve. He helps me a lot and brings me all the information and things I could do to improve or use with Recruiterflow. The setup was really easy, and it's very easy to use Recruiterflow to bring all of the data and support. The support is one of the best things they have, and I'm always in contact with Abhishek, who is always helping me with any questions that I or the team have. So, the implementation and setup were really easy because of the support they have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Recruiterflow?

I think they could improve the data, especially the reports, so I could do it myself easily (something close to monday for example). The UX of the reports is not the best, it works, but it is not so easy to setup. The metrics of the consultants and funnel, works really well, my point is about of data related to one hiring process specifically, candidate seniority, industries that we've mapped and other insights could be improved, considering we would like to send this information to our clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Amogh Balikai of Recruiterflow

Hey Natália,

Glad to hear the social plugin is doing real work for your sourcing flow, and Abhishek would be thrilled to see this. On the reporting side: we're actively building toward, and this kind of specific feedback helps us prioritize.

Drop us a line at help[at]recruiterflow.com if you want to share more about what your client reporting looks like today. We'd love to use your workflow as a reference.

"All-In-One Recruiting Software with Stellar Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Recruiterflow?

I like the ease of use of Recruiterflow. Despite being in the recruiting business for thirty-five years and being pretty set in my ways, Recruiterflow allowed me to learn new flows and new ways of doing things effortlessly. The customer support and onboarding are impressive, and any issues I've had have been addressed quickly and painlessly; the help has been top drawer. I don't spend as much time trying to figure out the software, which reduces the amount of admin work I need to do. The initial setup was very easy, with minimal problems that were quickly resolved, even when they were on my end, like with email integration. Overall, Recruiterflow is a great package that handles everything I need from start to finish, from candidate development to talking to candidates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Recruiterflow?

Some of the help articles are a little dated and it'd be nice to have them updated. It's a little frustrating because the software has progressed much further. I'm a visual guy and like to be able to have a printed version as a future reference point. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Processes, But Room for Integration Improvement"
4/5
What do you like best about Recruiterflow?

I like the formatting and structure of Recruiterflow, and I think there's a lot that can be done with automation. It's user-friendly compared to other platforms, which makes it easier to use. It helps us focus on higher priority tasks instead of worrying about sending out emails or follow-up reminders. The integration with LinkedIn is helpful for seeing applicants, and overall, it's just easier to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Recruiterflow?

I think the tag field is a bit annoying. The tags themselves, like organizing or maybe grouping them, could be better. The deals page is a bit hard to understand when reading it. Tracking revenue is also difficult, especially when trying to separate between retained jobs and completed jobs. Another downfall is the lack of easy integrations with other software.
