What problems is Recruiterflow solving and how is that benefiting you?

We've used several of ATS/CRM combos. Typically, you get a system that works great for one side or the other (sales vs. recruiting), but not both. That, or you find a system that does both well, but integration and automation outside of the native ecosystem in non-existent. Recruiterflow has proven to be the complete package. What do you like best about Recruiterflow?

As a Tech Recruiter, Recruiterflow enables me to completely control my canditates' pipeline to a specific company/position, managing all the stages in which a candidate is at, allowing me to take to take notes, upload files (like CV or screening notes on .docx) or even schedule tasks (e.g.: when a candidate tells me when he is available for interviews). It's an overall great experience. The Recruiterflow Chrome extension (integrates with Linkedin!) is particularly useful because it's really snappy, loads almost instantly, to take a quick note or update a candidate's stage, or a date.. no more "take-forever" waiting times for an ATS to load. I have had a really tough time at my nowadays client using Workday, for instance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Recruiterflow?

There are a few downsides, though. When the system is down, Recruiterflow may not be able to recognize some Linkedin profiles as being already on the database, creating unnecessary duplicates. Sometimes the Recruiterflow Chrome extension stops working, mainly due to the extension's updates, but a quick Chrome reboot is enough to overcome the problem. What problems is Recruiterflow solving and how is that benefiting you?

Recruiterflow fullfills all my candidates' pipeline management needs in a very user friendly way, fast loading times and the integration with Linkedin is just superb. I can easily access all my candidates' data, like email, phone number, interviews' dates, salary expectations, english level, and so on. I can also schedule tasks for myself or for my colleagues. What do you like best about Recruiterflow?

Recruiterflow is intuitive and easy to learn. The support team actually reply with helpful advice (rather than email lengthy documents to read). It feels like it's built by recruiters.

Although I imported data from my old database (Itris), which was easy - so far the best thing I've found is how easy it is to build a database using LinkedIn and the email finder tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Recruiterflow?

There are a few things is I don't know how to do yet - but this is because I haven't got round to trying.. there isn't really anything I don't like, especially when compared to traditional databases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Recruiterflow?

RF has great customer support - very prompt and helpful

They are constantly bringing out new ideas, adding to the usefulness and UX.

The CRM is very easy to use, easy to understand and always available.

What do you like best about Recruiterflow?

RecruiterFlow has an excellent scoring system for candidates. It allows you to add tags to each candidate, make notes, allows them to upload as many documents as needed, and you can access goups of candidates based on the hiring stage and not just by name only. What do you dislike about Recruiterflow?

The only thing I do not like is not being able to view all of my current employees at once.

Candidates that I have hired are definately in the hired group. However, we had to parse in a lot of employees from a previous HR system and those do not show as current employees. I have yet to figure out a way to change their file status. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
