The automations and quality of life features. I think they take the boring, humanless side admin out of recruitment quite nicely. The UI and user experience often feel counter-intuitive, for example, a whole settings category/tab for a single toggle button. Notes and activities tab that serve mostly the same purpose, being difficult to change from one to the other.
