**What do you like best about Recruiter.com?**

The platform is excellent for someone who is a self-employed recruiter to help supplement open requisitions to fill. They have some great videos and articles to help you along the way and recruiter certification classes for those who need or desire them. They have a facebook group that has the potential to be a great way to get updates. They also have a section where you can offer yourself for gig work.

**What do you dislike about Recruiter.com?**

My dislike compared to other recruitment crowdsourcing platforms is that there is a lack of communication to encourage recruiters or provide more in-depth information on the job postings and clients. Because Recruiter hides the client's names, it leaves the recruiter open to conflicts of interest. Lastly, the compensation is not that great, and you are doing a split with Recruiter for many times 50%. Which is obscene, and there are no submission rewards as other platforms have.

**What problems is Recruiter.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use it for filling in when client base requisitions are low, to get started and for side income supplementation.
