"Very good ATS"

What do you like best?

Lots of features, constantly improving, and low cost.

What do you dislike?

Fairly new product so there are a couple bugs but they seem to fix quickly.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are a small recruiting firm and have found this to be a very good low cost ATS solution for us.

"Best All in One Staffing Software from CRM, ATS and Back Office"

What do you like best?

I like the email campaigns, bulk texts in CRM/ ATS, paperless onboarding and Time and Expense Management. I liked their Ai based matching of candidates along with actual %age score. similarly Recruiter Box is great tab to have unique insight on history. Agency resume creation was definite plus.

What do you dislike?

they do do not app for android but we try to make do with their gmail and google chrome apps

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I have had used many ATS/ CRM during my tenure at staffing. I found RecruitBPM easy to use and most featured rich. Best of all is time it saved my in client and consulting campaigns with level of automation this offered.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I was looking for easy to use CRM/ ATS with full back office. and I think this was the best value with full features compared to some pricey options.

functionality and user interface are excellent.

What do you dislike?

We are in UK and support is US. Timeframes can be a challenge when support is needed

Be patient wit the team, they will get it done

"Reliable and convenient Applicant tracking system"

What do you like best?

RecruitBPM's Resume parsing and career portal integrations have been great. I also connect with existing and prospective clients, and within the application, I can communicate with contacts and company accounts. I also appreciate they have a Chrome extension which allows me to add contacts instantly through Email and/or LinkedIn

What do you dislike?

The page can be optimized further in my opinion, as I use it quite frequently it takes time processing pages.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

RecruitBPM is a sound ATS, which is very affordable. It isn't perfect but for us, its been great for our recruiting and staffing work.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Well, the subscription plans are very affordable and the platform is configurable. So I can set email templates for client outreach, which has saved me a lot of time!! Also, I can keep track of activities and tasks that are on my end, so it's definitely helped my recruiting work.
