Recroup has been useful in maximizing the coverage of the jobs we post in our organization. The conceit of being able to convert job descriptions into banners automatically and place them in numerous websites increases the pool of possible applicants. This is because, in most cases, it only uses the content of the Web site to identify places where it shall post job ads, thus not necessarily reaching the target demographic. Recroup simplifies the process of creating and posting job ads for vacancies making our recruitment team comfortable. "Recroup is a job advertising platform connecting talents to suitable employment options." 5/5 What do you like best about Recroup? Recroup is a cloud based platform provides a vast and versatile platform for talent hunt. The platform turns traditional job postings into scientifically designed high CTR banner adds. This helps in audience targeting with similar interests and talents who can offer their services relative to the information provide. This platform enables the adds to be surfaced all over the web which provides a great audience. It also provides Geo targeting meaning that it offers information both on the applicant and the user side to be exchanged keeping in view the locations as well. All of this makes skill tracking really beneficial and efficient. Reporting is amazing. It provides great internal HR as well as Recruitment management. Analytics is also very promising. Great API. SaaS based software. The system also offers a great deal of customization. Recommendation engine is really fast and enhances which helps to reach out to a very large audience. It allows social media targeting as well. Conversion tracking is great. They offer a free trial and a free version. They provide in person, online training as well as webinar sessions. A more enthusiastic customer support can really make a difference in this aspect since the major help is provides through email section, a more live platform should be considered. It offers very efficient interaction tracking and firm recruitment options. It allows campaigns and companies to reach out to a sufficiently large audience which makes it very usable in market.
