What do you like best about Recroot?

Judging from the word talent pool, it appears that Recroot has gathered quite professional personnel, and I have not bale to complain about the quality of people provided for my tasks. It makes communication in the process of hiring easy and unambiguous. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Recroot?

The filtering option available for candidate searching on the Recroot site is quite limited. Although I have the ability to sieve through basic qualifications and experiences it would be immensely helpful if there was enhanced searching options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Recroot solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am happy that using Recroot helped me to optimize my recruitment for developer jobs. They have a shortlist of candidates which is way better than the long process of searching on own.
