Recovry is a technology-enabled platform that connects patients with physiotherapy clinics and independent practitioners across India. It has two parts: the Recovry app for patients, and Recovry Practice, an Android app and web dashboard for practitioners and clinics. Patients use the Recovry app to search for physiotherapy and pain relief services, browse practices and individual services, book clinic or home-visit appointments, pay for sessions, and rate and review the care they received. Recovry Practice lets partners run their practice on the platform. Practitioners and clinics can set up a profile, list each therapy or service they offer, manage bookings and appointments, maintain patient records and session notes, receive payments and payouts, manage ratings and reviews, and track performance through an analytics dashboard. It is used by clinics, independent practitioners and practitioners who work only through home visits.
