BitRecover Google Workspace Backup Tool lets you download and safely store your G Suite emails, attachments, and contacts on your own computer. It works with Google's OAuth 2.0 login, so there's no fuss with app passwords, and admins can back up every user account in the organization from one place without needing individual credentials. You get your choice of over 35 file formats (PST, PDF, MBOX, EML, and more), plus handy filters to pull only the emails you actually need by date, sender, or keyword. It also supports incremental backups, so once you've done the first full backup, later runs only grab what's new — making it a solid, no-nonsense way to keep your Workspace data safe from accidental deletion, migrations, or compliance needs.
