The UI and UX is very intuitive and easy. I appreciate the gamification portion where it encourages me to appreciate colleagues to increase my rank. I can also see where I sit amongst my peers and organization.

In addition, I like being able to see a feed of appreciations being sent out, it further encourages people to appreciate each other. The process of selecting an award is very easy as well.

My perspective from user side : it's easy to use, have a very nice UI .... very intuitive and have a very good sequence, you know how advance a review the available options choose the incentive. I could not find any feature that can be classify in this category. I know that a point to improve could be integration with incentives solutions, for example if sombedoy reach a goal and earn points, send that amount of points from that system to JobPts. Job Points is a really easy app to use + a great way to be able to recognise colleagues for great work and help. It literally takes a few minutes to nominate somebody + if the award is granted the choice of retailers where you can redeem your points is extensive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I can't think of anything negative about the software itself. I think the only negative experience I've had with the whole process was having to wait a while for vouchers to be made available. I like the fact that this solution is fully integrated into our HRIS (SAP SuccessFactors) system. It is very easy to select an employee and offer him a reward (a simple thank you or a cash reward). It only takes me 2 minutes. It's very simple. I really like the dynamic that the tool brings to our company. We use it a lot at SAP. It's always fun to give a reward and rewarding to receive one.

The best feature of JobPts is it easy to use. The system provides a documented history of recognition awards sent as well as received. There is a variety of recognition levels which allows for a range of award levels. Many reward options are a great way to have something for everyone. A added feature may be to have rewards linked directly to SAP's Merchandise Shop so recipients can have the option to chose from the gift cards or SAP Merchandise. In my specific case, when I did the order by eBay, I was not notified that not delivery to my country before closing the order, only after, and the proof and error became a bother and I gave up this way.

The tool is very simple and user friendly to use. People can redeem their rewards through various ways. It provides the user with the option to select products from a variety of vendors, or to redeem their rewards as gift cards, or cash. It's a very self intuitive tool to use.
