It is both a way to comply with the EUPTD and it is also great for employees and managers as a total rewards tool. I also like that it counts towards my company quota. The ability to praise colleague and reward with small cash awards.

This was a very popular program at SAP. It allowed employees to recognize outstanding performance among colleagues. We were able to write a note about what a colleague had done that was outstanding, which was routed to their manager for visibility. We could also opt to add a small cash award as well. Overall, JobPts - Total Rewards is a helpful platform that brings recognition and rewards information into one place. The interface is generally easy to use and it’s convenient to see recognition history, available points and reward options in a single dashboard. JobPts makes it easy to give peer feedback and recognise colleagues for their work.
