"Reclaim.ai Effortlessly Keeps My Calendar Organized and On Track"
5/5
What do you like best about Reclaim.ai?

Reclaim.ai keeps my calendar organized without requiring constant manual planning. I can add tasks, set priorities, and the platform automatically finds the best time for them around my meetings. It has made managing work and personal schedules much easier and helps me stay on track. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Reclaim.ai?

Sometimes the automatic scheduling doesn't match how I would personally plan my day, so I need to move a few tasks manually. Some useful features are also limited to the higher-priced plans. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Calendar Management with Minor Booking Issues"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Reclaim.ai?

I use Reclaim.ai for managing my daily schedule, and it pulls across multiple calendars, both personal and work. I move tasks in, prioritize them, set deadlines, and Reclaim.ai ensures they are scheduled in time as prioritized activities that can't be easily overridden. I really like the ease of use and find the multiple calendar syncing very helpful. Having multiple separate calendars is useful for viewing on other apps and for sharing, and Reclaim.ai syncs these to avoid conflicts. Setting it up was easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Reclaim.ai?

Reclaim.ai is not allowed to work with the NHS.net calendar, which is frustrating and could benefit from negotiation. The booking feature is limited on my plan and doesn't always work effectively, which can be a bit problematic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A gentle nudge to focus when my day falls apart"
5/5
What do you like best about Reclaim.ai?

Reclaim is one of a few tools I use to protect my focus in a world full of distractions. What I appreciate most is that it adapts when my calendar shifts around—and my calendar shifts a lot, even though I try to stick to a strict schedule. When my gym session or focus block gets bumped, Reclaim quietly reshuffles things and reminds me to actually focus. That nudge alone has been valuable. I also like the retrospective stats—looking back and seeing how much time I've genuinely spent focusing is satisfying, even though I know I'm not checking in on them as often as I should. It doesn't get every placement perfect (focus time sometimes lands in oddly random slots), but the trade-off for flexibility is worth it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Reclaim.ai?

Honestly, nothing stands out yet. I'm still an early user and I know I'm not using Reclaim to its full capacity, so I don't feel I've earned a strong critical opinion. If I become a power user, I might develop sharper views on what could be better. For now, it's doing what I need it to do—and I'm happy to keep using it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Smart way to organize my schedule, scheduling meetings and my to-do list/tasks"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Reclaim.ai?

Reclaim.ai is particularly valuable for protecting focus time in crowded calendars. Its ability to automatically prioritize and reschedule tasks and routines based on my real availability makes time management much more intentional and easier, without requiring constant manual adjustments on my end.

It supports my time management efforts, shifting it from reactive to proactive. Instead of constantly negotiating calendar space, it helps me to create a system that enforces my priorities, creating some guardrails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Reclaim.ai?

Some advanced features are locked behind higher-tier plans, which can be a limitation depending on how deeply you want to integrate it into team workflows.

Another limitation is that missed tasks or deadlines don’t always surface with strong alerts. It’s possible to overlook a task without it creating enough friction or escalation, which means I still need to be vigilant and, in some cases, duplicate reminders to avoid things slipping through. "Seamless Calendar Sync with Outstanding Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Reclaim.ai?

I like the simple to use interface of Reclaim.ai, which makes it easy to navigate. The sync between my personal and work calendars is seamless, allowing me to manage both effortlessly. I appreciate the scheduling links that help streamline setting up meetings. The smart scheduling feature that works among multiple team members is great, especially since it can handle things automatically. I find it valuable that other team members can move meetings that don't work for them. There's also very impressive customer service and the initial setup was so easy. "Effortlessly Syncs Calendars and Tasks"
5/5
What do you like best about Reclaim.ai?

I like the fact that Reclaim.ai works around my schedule, never touching the appointments that I already have, but creating buffers before and after them according to my specifications. I also like that it takes the tasks I enter and organizes them with the time left. There's also a feature similar to Calendly that adds stability for people to schedule time with me that closes the loop on organizing my time completely. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Reclaim.ai?

The fact that reclaim always creates the tasks on the main calendar means that there's no way for me to look at my schedule without the reclaim changes. If I need to do something in the next two hours that was not on my schedule, reclaim would spend those entire 2 hours reshuffling my schedule and I will keep getting notified about it from my calendar. There needs to be a way to say "I stepped out", which will move tasks out of the way and stop refshuffling the calendar until I'm back. Some form of subtasks or a way to have a checklist in a task can be very useful. Tasks that take less than 15 min, which is more like a reminder to do something and check it off the list - that's just part of life, and we need that as well. "Effortless Scheduling with Intuitive Design"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Reclaim.ai?

The thing I like most about Reclaim.ai is its ease of use and intuitive design, which just makes everything smoother. The smart booking for habits and tasks is fantastic because it means I don't have to think or worry about my bandwidth for the day ahead. My day is planned out by past me, so future me can just chill and follow the list of tasks in my calendar. The smart booking feature is great for scheduling things like competitive research and tasks you usually never make time for. It's awesome for setting priorities on different tasks I want to do. The biggest game changer for us has been the external calendar integration, which makes it easy for clients to book with our studio without the back-and-forth. Just sending them a link allows them to figure it out in their calendar, which I really appreciate. Also, the initial setup for Reclaim.ai is really easy, and its design is simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Reclaim.ai?

It's a relatively new software service (as I understand), so the only thing I'm very eager to get working is API integration. That hasn't worked very well for us yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Weekly Task Overview That Makes Prioritizing Easy"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Reclaim.ai?

It gives me an overall view of tasks I need to complete throughout the week and helps me prioritize which tasks I need to do first and which tasks can wait. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Reclaim.ai?

I dislike that I cannot set a "task" to a certain time from the "create" page. You must create the task and then "lock" it in order for that task to not jump around the calendar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reclaim Keeps Multiple Calendars Perfectly Synced"
5/5
What do you like best about Reclaim.ai?

I have multiple calendars that have to be kept synched: two businesses, clients, medical appointments, personal time. Reclaim is the only method I've found to keep everything from overlapping, and it works perfectly. It's worth every penny. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Reclaim.ai?

There are a lot of settings; it's more sophisticated than intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
