I didn't think I needed AI for a calendar. What would it look like, and how would it see 'ME' in my calendar? It found the commonalities and made them obvious, and it gave me control over my time in ways I hadn't thought of. It took me a little while to realize that I really liked it. **What do you dislike about Reclaim.ai?** The free version only does two calendar links. I have several, so it was obnoxious to play with it to make it work. I figured it out, and eventually, I bought it. That is when It got really good! Combining the other calendars made all the difference in the world. It is worth the effort, but it does take some doing to get it right. **What problems is Reclaim.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?** One of the biggest problems I didn't even realize existed was - I had no ME time scheduled into my day. I am able to build a recurring meetings, appointments, and tasks easily into my calendar while managing the constant changing needs of my schedule without needing interaction. The set up was incredibly easy. Reclaim recognized all my existing meetings and set new meetings that adjusted based on my availability. I was able to set up my personal and work calendars seamlessly, managing both personal and work commitments through Reclaims platform. Using intregrations with tasks, I was able to prioritze my work and block off time to focus on urgent things, knowing my calendar was adjusted without effort on my part. The Reclaim team is incredibly helpful and responsive. They were able to work with my InfoSec team so we could get the product set up for internal use (we are in healthcare, compliance is top of mind) within a week of certification. Amazing! Get it! **What do you dislike about Reclaim.ai?** I don't think of this as a downside. You need to actively manage how it looks at events and prioritizes your day. Theres a little learning curve to understand how it moves/adjusts calendar meetings based on priorities, settings, hours, etc. **What problems is Reclaim.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?** Effectively managing a busy calendar and adjusting my days events based on what changes day to day, or sometimes hour to hour. For example I needed to get groceries and it schedualed a task and there wasn't an easy way to tell it reschedual while on the go away from a computer. I wish the travel time was adjusted based on locations. I wish there was a way I could tell it where I will be during times of the day withought it being an "event" that plugs up my availability. OR if I could share my location with the AI and it would learn if I am in a X circle I am at home, or if I am over there I am at Church and so on. That would be amazing. I also struggle with sleep. HAve you ever looked into Whoop? Some kind of future integration of health or scaling when I should go to sleep would be amazing and you could double or tripple my monthly for Whoop integration and I'd pay it no questions. **What problems is Reclaim.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?** What is theis google workspace management? What is a productivity bot? Sales assistant? Tell me more! the more I can delegate the better off my health will be. Before Reclain I gained 50 lbs from stress and trying to do wverything myself. Since then I have lost 20 lbs and found time to work out more regularly. I wish there was a way for it to read e-mail and make input flights and workouts like Orangetheory. The possibilities with integration are wild. As I said, built in travel time is amazing. Getting it so that it knows my location and adapts to my IRL habits would be amazing. I am even open to leting it know when I am on the phone and telling it which contacts are personal vs business. If you can keep my data safe I'll open the door to you. I need help hahaha ### 10. It's very easy to set up, and when I've had issues (very few) I've had very prompt responses from customer support. **What do you dislike about Reclaim.ai?** Sometimes the prioritising is way off, and I have to spend time rescheduling everything. It has easy-to-understand menus and options. There are tons of online tutorials. It has helped me to actually take lunch most days when I used to get myself so busy and unorganized that finding time for breaks was hard. **What do you dislike about Reclaim.ai?** PLEASE add habits to be able to be split scheduled. So I can say I want so many hours a day to work on emails or support requests, but I don't necessarily need them to be all at the same time each day. Or 30 minutes for breaks a day. I don't need a specific time, but just find two 15 minute slots in addition to lunch to remind me to step away from my desk. Tasks are great at this, but they aren't designed as repeating daily items. Reclaim.ai for professional use **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Christopher N. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2024 **What do you like best about Reclaim.ai?** I was skeptical that the explosion of AI assistants for calendar managment and time management were actually going be able to change the way i work or get things done and i've tried many different time management methods and solutions to little avail, always settling back on the trusted calendar. i've essentially converted my calendar to a log of everthing that happens in the day to day; and then trust it to report things after the fact. a few things that have always bothered me lack of recurring events based on tasks or priorities, time slicing different projects automatically, and the constant need to monitor and manually change timing and deadlines in order to make the calendar work properly. Reclaim.ai has certainly changed the manual aspect of calendaring and task management. i had converted all my emails and socials and other signals to tasks, but then getting them into the calendar was a struggle. now Reclaim can do that for me, it can even detect preexisting recurreing events and create tasks for these and insert them into the calendar. the options for prioritizing and slicing and deadlining are great. the best thing though is the fact that you can dynamically change your calendar all the time without even thinking of it; you can shift things around on your calendar and all the other tasks dynamically change not just in terms of timing, but the actual tasking might change depending on deadlines and priorities and time remaining. no need to recalculate how much time you have left to do things; Reclaim.ai can do that for you on the fly every day. there are always unanticipated insertions, meetings, tasks, etc, and the essential thing that Reclaim.ai does it to allow for these and schedule your preexising elements around those and still get them done. if they are at risk of not meeting the target deadlines, then it flags them for review, but you only have to review those ones rather than reassessing your entire list of tasks and reprioritizing them by hand, over and over again. integration with google calendar is how i use it and it is very good, although there are many options on the Reclaim.ai dashboard that are natively available on google calendar (yet); thus requiring you to continue to have the Reclaim.ai site loaded to do certain things. the development team continues to add features and make real changes and it continues to evolve, although it is currently already a very good product. it is one of the few platforms that i do believe has changed the way i work and actually made me more productive by striking more things off the list, and on schedule, and that is really the only thing i need it to do. i'm an impressed user and will continue to use everyday. **What do you dislike about Reclaim.ai?** Need for having a separate tab open with the reclaim site open is not ideal; complete integration with the native calendaring app would be best. **What problems is Reclaim.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?** getting tasks done in timely fashion without cognitive overhead of manually managing lists. ### 18. I used to have a huge to do list of items to do and would get nothing done because the list seemed so daunting and I didn't know where to start. Reclaim helps by splitting tasks up for me and showing me how much I can truly get done each day. I also like how it can reschedule tasks for me. A lot of times things come up and I don't get to do things as planned, it's a huge time saver to have reclaim reschedule those tasks for me. I like the habits feature, so that I have recurring tasks scheduled and can be fit in based on availability. **What do you dislike about Reclaim.ai?** The only thing I don't like about Reclaim is that it clutter up my Google calendar on my phone. When I try to look at the month view to see what appointments and events I have, I can't see them because the reclaim tasks are in the way. So it's hard to see the month view at a glance. I have to click on the schedule view and scroll through and read everything to see if there's an appointment. Before using Reclaim, I would spend somewhere around 1-2 hours scheduling PER DAY. That’s 10 to 20 hours per week - like a part-time scheduling job 😓 I’ve tried other software with similar features, but nothing quite compares. Some competitors compress your free time into larger work blocks or share your calendar with your team to get more flexible 1:1 meetings. Others have the same project management integrations yet still require you to manually add tasks to your schedule. These are all great features but fail to take command of the mental workload that is resource and schedule management as flawlessly as Reclaim does. In their defense, that might not even be their intent. But this is where Reclaim really flourishes. Tasks from my project management software integrate into my calendar, Reclaim assigns one or more work blocks, ensuring the work gets done. If I underestimate at task duration, no problem, I can just drag it to a longer duration on my calendar. Time is logged in my task and I don’t have to manually update this for client billing. It’s a two-for-one win. If a client schedules a call during lunch, Reclaim will defend a lunchtime block to make sure I get time for a break and continue to work throughout the day. Clients can help themselves to a time on my calendar ranging in time duration so I don’t have to send three separate calendar links or play email tag to find an opening in both of our schedules. Aside from saving me an astronomical amount of time and money, the most valuable thing I gain from using Reclaim is an enormous sense of relief. I no longer have to worry about a client changing a meeting, underestimating the duration of a task, or constantly wondering whether my workload is balanced enough to take a break or work on something else. I've tried other AI scheduling tools, but in order for me to get the most of them, I would have had to ditch the project management tool my agency was using. With this, I can keep my existing tech stack and still experience the benefits of having help with my calendar. Instead of having to track my client work and business tasks inside my PM tool (ClickUp) and then manually blocking time in my calendar to do them (so draining and frustrating), tasks and projects are automatically added to my calendar based on their start & end dates and estimated time for the task. I also love that I can add custom habits in here, and/or modify existing templates for my home life and business. That's another HUGE benefit for me - setting Personal -vs- work hours and being able to leverage the AI for my personal/home/family life as well.
