RechnungsKlar is browser-based invoicing software for trade and industry businesses in Germany, from one-person businesses to mid-sized companies. Every invoice is created as a PDF with embedded XML in ZUGFeRD 2.0.1 format, the German standard for B2B e-invoices; the generated XML is checked against the KoSIT validator. Features include simple quotes that convert into invoices, partial and final invoices (Abschlags- und Schlussrechnung) with the VAT from partial invoices deducted individually in the final invoice, customers with their buildings and properties, sending invoices by e-mail from within the software, multiple users with roles, sequential invoice numbers, immutable archiving of sent invoices with a change log, the small business scheme (Kleinunternehmer, § 19 UStG) and reverse charge (§ 13b UStG), and a full data export as ZIP. Two free tools for incoming e-invoices are available without an account: a viewer for XRechnung and ZUGFeRD files and a validator against EN 16931. The user interface is in German.
