Recevix is a construction handover (réception de chantier) and snag-list (levée des réserves) app for architects, site managers and general contractors in French-speaking Switzerland. Defects are recorded room by room on the phone, with a photo and the area marked on the floor plan, even without network. Each contractor receives a simple link to its own defects, in its language, and reports corrections with a photo, without an account or an app. The handover report (PV de réception) is generated as a PDF. Android, iPhone (beta) and web browser; data hosted in Switzerland. Pilot program: recevix.ch/pilote Recevix est l’application de réception de chantier et de levée des réserves pour les architectes, directions de travaux et entreprises générales de Suisse romande. Les réserves se saisissent pièce par pièce sur le téléphone, avec photo et zone entourée sur le plan, même sans réseau. Chaque entreprise reçoit un simple lien vers ses réserves, dans sa langue, et y annonce ses corrections avec une photo, sans compte ni application. Le procès-verbal de réception sort en PDF. Données hébergées en Suisse.
