Receptiva is a bilingual English/Spanish AI receptionist and intake specialist built for personal-injury law firms. It is built by a PI lawyer whose own firms run on it. Your AI receptionist, Avery, answers every call 24/7, in two rings, in English or Spanish. She tells callers she's an AI assistant, then runs a full PI intake: the injury, treatment, fault and insurance. She screens out spam and sales calls, checks conflicts, and warm-transfers hot leads to an attorney. When no one is available, she takes the details and queues the callback. Seconds after every call, the firm gets a case-ready record in the dashboard and by email: matter details, contact information, the call recording, the full transcript and a summary. Receptiva works with Claude and ChatGPT through a connector, plus a REST API and webhooks on every plan, so call records can flow into the tools your firm already uses.
