ReceptionGO automates hotel reception from booking to check-out. Guests check in online, verify their ID, pay city tax and balances, and receive a unique smart-lock door code before they arrive. Guest registration with local authorities is filed automatically, and an AI assistant answers guests 24/7 on WhatsApp, email and booking channels. Built for hotels, hostels, apartments, vacation rentals and campsites, especially properties where the owner or a small team handles reception alongside everything else. ReceptionGO includes a channel manager for Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia and 100+ channels, a commission-free booking engine, fiscal invoicing and integrations with 40+ PMS platforms. ReceptionGO started in a real guesthouse, after nine years of testing ways to automate registrations, payments, keys and guest communication.
