RecepcionaAI is a receptionist for the WhatsApp line of private medical practices. She answers patients immediately, at any hour: she gives prices, the address for that day, accepted health plans and exam preparation instructions, books the appointment inside the conversation while respecting the doctor's availability, and confirms it with the patient two days ahead to reduce no-shows. She works on the number the practice already uses, through Meta's official WhatsApp Business API, so there is no new number and no lost history. The doctor follows every conversation from a dashboard and can take over any of them with a single click; if the doctor replies from their own phone, she steps back on her own and resumes later without contradicting what was said. Her clinical boundary is strict and not configurable: she never gives a diagnosis, never interprets an exam and never comments on medication, even if the patient insists.
