Recepción24 (recepcion24.com) is an AI virtual receptionist for small businesses in Spain, such as restaurants, clinics, home-repair companies, food delivery businesses, shops and property administrators. It answers the phone calls and the WhatsApp messages of a business in Spanish at any hour, including nights, weekends and public holidays. It also speaks English and other languages, and it handles several callers at the same time. It answers customer questions with the information of the business. It takes appointments, orders and messages, and sends each one to the business by email at once. It transfers the call to a person when the caller asks for one. The business keeps its existing phone number and turns call forwarding on and off when it wants. WhatsApp runs on a new number that Recepción24 provides. Recepción24 sets up the receptionist with the information of the business, and every conversation is kept in writing in the customer dashboard. The receptionist says at the start of each conversation that it is an AI. Recepción24 complies with GDPR and stores data in the European Union. Price: 99 EUR per month plus VAT, with 300 call minutes and WhatsApp messages included, and 0.25 EUR plus VAT for each extra minute. There is no minimum term and no setup fee.
