**What do you like best about Recapture?**

The software is so simple, it works very well and the UI is easy for even novices to use. We use it with a number of our customers and have had great success with it.

**What do you dislike about Recapture?**

The pricing model is not the best and for larger sites can make Recapture a little too expensive for them as a better ROI can be achieved with alternative solutions.

**What problems is Recapture solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Recapture has helped us recapture large volumes of revenue for our customers by helping them set up simple but effective campaigns to recapture lost cart revenue.
