It is a no-code website-looking portal development tool to me. I like how easy it is to use and there is almost every kind of content format available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Three things:

1. There are no multiple uploads for pictures and files from the desktop which adds a lot of steps for UX when you have more than 1 file/picture to upload.

2. Recently, I created a proposal page for my client on Recapped, I realized that the table format is very inadequate for adding detailed contents such as a "list of services to be delivered". That is why I created my table in excel and got snapshots and added them as pictures in Recapped.

3. There is no formatting for the pictures posted within text areas, I cannot move them. Also, there is no formatting option for the tables which causes them to look a bit unprofessional. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Help's me manage each deal I'm working on, yet is tailored to each prospect. Provides complete transparency for everyone involved. The tool is entirely customizable as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our company has a pretty robust tech stack for our company size so as an Enablement/Ops lead, I've come to understand the importance of a true partnership with vendors. I can easily say the Recapped team is my favorite vendor relationship. They take product requests seriously and are always happy to engage with the team to ensure we're reaching maximum levels of customer satisfaction and efficiency. I could feature dump about recapped all day, but to name of a few features...

1. The ability to share links to specific tabs to direct prospects to an area of the recapped plan

2. Content library that allows all users to collaborate and use links, files, texts, etc. that have already been created

3. Assigning tasks to clients makes it easy to promote accountability

I wouldn't say this is a true dislike, but it would be awesome to have a little more guidance provided to collaborators that I share recapped with for the first time to increase their engagement from the start with the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
