I wish I was able to speak to the client about what sort of experience they can expect (from first interaction) from Recapped. Recapped made it easier for me to share information with prospective customers. On demand content to help accelerate sales cycles and avoid utilizing expensive resources was very helpful. I also used the solution to track the progress on my sales cycles with a project plan. Beyond that, the imbedded analystics were great for determining who was looking at what and for how long. There was not much that I didnt like and the areas which could use some improvement seem to have R&D being focused on them. Collaboration with stakeholders engaging with the product is one area that could use some added functionality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

So far I have not come across any dislikes, it has been easy to use Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1. Being able to start with a template and customize it as needed is a big benefit.

2. The Next Steps feature is a great way to make sure all parties are on the same page.

3. Salesforce integration is powerful as SFDC is our system of record.

1. Sharing any sort of documents that require collaboration is very difficult. While I can add documents, customers are forced to update any changes in a different location (associated with a Next Step).

2. Security is a big concern and has prevented a couple of customers from using it. Requiring a name is helpful, but there's nothing to stop someone from making up a name and jointing, and just relying on keeping a link hidden often isn't enough. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Overall i dont dislike anythung. The only challenge i have had is with adoption from propects, but by pulling up recapped on calls they can see the expectations and agree to the m verbally. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
