You're able to quickly understand the purpose of each previous interaction, identify gaps, agree to action items, and track progress to ensure alignment between customers and internal stakeholders. Managing pipelines becomes a lot easier when you're able to see what has already happened and what needs to happen to close more business, improve implementation, and grow your customers. The customer experience that we are able to provide to our clients from Sales to Onboarding to Customer Spport, on the Recapped platform is exceptional. The UX is user friendly and our customers don't need a technical background or PM background to use the Recapped. As we are building out our CX Program, having the platform be flexible with pre-built integrations (to CRMs, etc) allows for smooth handoffs between Pre-Sales and Post- Sales and creates a unified experience for the customer.
