What do I like best? The product, the recapped team!
It is important to note that while the Recapped team has been great partners throughout this journey (they listen, makes suggestions and generally care about my success with the tool not just the sale), it does not mean anything if the product doesn't cut it.
We are using Recapped as a replacement for those cumbersome sales decks that I know we all have used, built, or been sold to with. A quick story is the best way for me to tell you how valuable and easy this tool is. For those in sales enablement or sales leadership, you will know why this story stuck out for me.
We are piloting Recapped with a small group of AEs. I recorded a quick 10 min video demoing the product (yep, that is all it took) and sent it to them the day before our meeting. Who are we kidding, they weren't going to watch it any earlier; they are salespeople in the last month of the year. We met for 45 mins to walk through the tool again and answer any questions. One of the AEs had a call an hour later and decided to use Recapped in that next call. Right?! At the end of their fiscal year, an AE changed their process and adapted a new tool within 60 mins. The product isn't perfect, but the team is open to feedback and suggestions. First thing that comes to mind is I would love to see more options for editing tables, fonts, colours, images, etc. The integration with Salesforce is a lifesaver 80% of the time, but the way the steps in Recapped get synced in Salesforce is a little messy.
