It is a good a way to manage your steakholders as well, but adoption can be difficult depending on the industry. **What do you dislike about Recapped.io?** It is very buggy. New product updates tend to be really slow, and there just are not enough integrations. **What problems is Recapped.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** It solves the problem of collaborating solely through email and documents getting lost in inboxes. I've only had one prospect (Fintech) say no to accessing Recapped.io, and that's because they're tightly locked down. Being able to see when a customer logs on and looks at documents is extremely powerful as it shows interest. **What do you dislike about Recapped.io?** 1. Sharing any sort of documents that require collaboration is very difficult. While I can add documents, customers are forced to update any changes in a different location (associated with a Next Step). 2. Security is a big concern and has prevented a couple of customers from using it. Requiring a name is helpful, but there's nothing to stop someone from making up a name and jointing, and just relying on keeping a link hidden often isn't enough. **What problems is Recapped.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** The biggest problem is solves for is keeping track of customer interactions/notes/to do's in a single location. All too often people keep notes on paper or in their own note-taking app, so being able to share the historical interactions of a customer simply doesn't happen. By keeping them in a centralized location, the team as a whole can see the status and get caught up if necessary. ### 10. It helps us quickly see everything that needs to be done right now and keep things on track with notifications, etc. **What do you dislike about Recapped.io?** The main drawback is around the fact that the to do lists aren't robust enough yet. Hopefully this is coming soon but there are no threads or timestamps on tasks in a checklist meaning we have to go into other tools like Coda or Slack to do the actual collaboration. The UI is intuitive and you can create pricing tables, upload files. Easy to use and easy to implement. If you wanna start and dont wanna lost on complicated thing is really good. **What do you dislike about Recapped.io?** The UI is ugly. I wish there were more design features or templates to make the proposals look more beautiful. Miss some key features, like pdf, zapier, digital signature, payment options. **Recommendations to others considering Recapped.io:** There is so many option on the market, but recapped is easy to use and implement in your bussiness. I have a multimedia business. Therefor clients are more visual and audio based. Pictures and looking cool really gets them. I like recap the way you can note and go back and forth in the app and add stuff like that but something more visual pleasing would be better for me. **What do you dislike about Recapped.io?** No pics allowed.
