American, British, Indian, Australian and other complex dialects. We experienced a very poor and slow customer service with them. They refused to accept any responsibility. We seriously did not want to renew our domain with them but they renew it anyways; this is a very unfortunate situation for our team. We feel that we have been trapped in their self-renewed and troubling services. Will never recommend or come back to this company. **Recommendations to others considering Rebrandly:** Please stay away. All domains purchased through Rebrandly are managed directly from your account, and as such it’s the user’s responsibility to manage their domain renewals. Users can switch auto-renew off at any time from the dashboard, and we also send out several reminder emails stating that the domain will be renewed (including the date that the renewal will be processed.) While you have purchased a year contract for that domain name, you are free to transfer it to another provider if you don’t wish to use it with Rebrandly. They offer 4 different plans which I use the pro plan which cost's roughly $100 a month, but if you are a company or a person who is working on a project, and wants to make your links look better, than Rebrandly is the best.
