I've got to say, the ease of setting up subscriptions that actually fit what we sell has been a game-changer. It's like Rebillia's platform was made with real businesses in mind, not just some cookie-cutter approach. The way we can mix things up for our customers without a headache is fantastic. The platform's awesome, but there was a bit of a scramble at the start trying to figure everything out. They've got a great support team, though, always ready to help out. I like the platform's robust customization options. We are very happy with the outcome. It's able to support the complex billing/subscription model requirements, and its integration with BigCommerce has made things more efficient. No free plan or trial, and the initial investment was larger than originally planned. Also, not much online documentation and resources, which was a bit annoying, requiring us to contact their support directly throughout the implementation and adoption phase. With that, I will add that they were available and nice. Rebillia replaced the previous billing and loyalty software, which was lacking and buggy, and improved it by adding individual preferences. Rebillia plugged into our BigCommerce store so seamlessly, it allowed us to be up and running in no time. Our Association has been looking for an option for Monthly subscription models for years and Rebillia finally delivered that for us. Setting up and managing products was a breeze. Integrating with BigCommerce allowed our customers to purchase multiple products at the same time as the Monthly subscription for a full eCommerce experience.
