"Highly custom implementation"
5/5
What do you like best about RebelMouse?

The RebelMouse Team has been great to work with. They bring together talent from all over the world, and you can see each is passionate about their work. Our implementation was highly custom, and they worked with us to help us deliver our vision. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RebelMouse?

Nothing to dislike. Like any partnership getting rolling took a little time as each side had to learn how best to work together. The more we worked together, the better the outcome and the stronger the product. It was a great learning experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

RebelMouse has been a great partner for our company. They are strategic, constantly suggesting updates and changes we should make. We appreciate how forward-thinking they are and their ability to execute our future ideas. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RebelMouse?

We had some difficulties with SEO during and after our immediate migration. Some of the bug fixes we report also take longer than I would like to solve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about RebelMouse?

Understanding of SEO and content creation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RebelMouse?

The platform is not an everyday user platform like a word press or wix; it's a business/professional site (for obvious reasons). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Amazing CMS Partnership"
5/5
What do you like best about RebelMouse?

We have been using RebelMouse for about 5 years now. They have grown in size immensely over this time and it is because they surround themselves with good hardworking individuals from all over the globe. Every employee is incredibly talented in what they do. They are passionate about what they build and truly want the customer to succeed. There is never a shortage of ideas to take us to the next level. I love the partnership aspect as well. If we have a problem - they are there for us to come up with a solution. And they are always taking our feedback to improve the platform even more. The sky is the limit with RebelMouse. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RebelMouse?

Hard to find any dislikes honestly! The only thing I can think of is that sometimes things took a long time to finish (we have a lot of projects). But that has been improved and isn't an issue anymore! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Dynamic CMS Gives Publishers Powerful Tools + Responsive Support"
4.5/5
What do you like best about RebelMouse?

We've been working with RebelMouse for almost three years and our team is still finding new tools and learning ways to grow our reach and leverage the SEO and social tools with exponential results to multiply the impact of our team. The ability to customize our site's UI/UX design and implement new ad tools via the Layout & Design Tool with limited developer support gives our team powerful tools for expanding the reach of our site. From developing and expanding a custom SSO implementation on our multi-platform site to supporting the ability to launch, track, and implement a highly-successful affiliate program -- the ongoing support from RebelMouse has been critical to Brit + Co's success. The technical support and ongoing training offered by the RebelMouse team is top-notch. Issues do come up from time to time with the platform but the care and commitment to support getting things quickly resolved keeps our site growing and supports our mutual success. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RebelMouse?

If you are considering RebelMouse as an existing publisher with a custom platform you might find the migration to RebelMouse a bit cumbersome and time-consuming - just plan accordingly. Additionally, the loss of the ability to make major code or platform edits can feel like lost control for some who are used to having the ability to make software changes but the trade-offs for having RebelMouse constantly developing and improving the platform is worth the lost sense of control. One challenge that a solution could be huge for would be an improved code locking of A/B testing to avoid overrides and edits to existing code and tests, especially on layouts that see a lot of tests. "A team with amazing real-world experience, super scalable product and top-notch customer service"
5/5
What do you like best about RebelMouse?

The bespoke assistance and support the RebelMouse team provides throughout all aspects of design, implementation, launch and support is unparalleled. Site availability and quality of service have consistently been best in class for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RebelMouse?

RebelMouse CMS is a premium product. It comes with a world-class support team and incredible customization capabilities, but compared to off-the-shelf CMS solutions like Wordpress or Drupal, it's significantly more expensive. One thing of note is that while the customizability is pretty much endless, sometimes relatively small changes might require development effort, which can also come at a cost. On the other hand, it saves the customer from even having much or any technical knowledge or capability around CMS and site availability altogether. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy-to-use technology coupled with aggressive audience growth capabilities"
5/5
What do you like best about RebelMouse?

RebelMouse helped us build a reader-friendly site that is easy for our staff to learn and make use of. While the tech is simple, it's incredibly powerful -- great SEO optimization options, technicques to encourage social sharing that I haven't seen elsewhere and more. Plus, the staff is incredibly responsive to our needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RebelMouse?

The service isn't cheap, so be prepared to spend more than you might spend with competing vendors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great customer service, pleasant to work with"
3.5/5
What do you like best about RebelMouse?

Great customer service, pleasant to work with, especially recently in the past 6 months they've brought a lot of optimization and innovation ideas to our team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RebelMouse?

Would like more flexibility with templates, the staff turnover at one point impacted our communication and relationship. The initial design of the site (before I joined the team) was not easily accessible in terms of organization or search functionality. We've had to make some adjustments to fix those issues, correct formatting of breadcrumbs, the search bar not showing correct results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
