I usually just open up my email on the server and it mail files to myself. **Recommendations to others considering RealVNC:** enjoy **What problems is RealVNC solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are able to use computer servers in different time zones, when the computers are not being utilized at the primary location. The servers have HIL hardware attached to them which is expensive. this saves us the cost of having to buy two sets of HIL hardware. ### 2. After limited time, upgraded to enterprise for reasonable price and I love the full experience and security. It's been fairly easy to get clients comfortable with this option, which is really important. **What do you dislike about RealVNC?** It wasn't easy to get this working on a non- raspberry pi ARM based Linux system. That's to be expected, and I did get it working. The VNC tool is a remote access tool without internet connection. VCN does not consult consultation with the internet to access the equipment, to connect it is enough that the computers are in the same network with which they respond to the ping, it is possible to make the remote connection of the equipment. This facilitates access and the access experience is better. **What do you dislike about RealVNC?** The remote accesses are oriented to connection therefore if the equipment is outside the connection of the network the connection will fall. In this way, with the IP address of the equipment, we can remotely access the equipment and perform any configuration on the equipment. Obviously, network speed is crucial, but the screen refresh is incredibly fast. Lots of options, but screen control and refresh make this my go to application. I use RealVNC on my Mac to control a headless PC. And, in a pinch, I use it on my iPhone and iPad to control all of my connected computers. **What do you dislike about RealVNC?** Seriously, what's to dislike? If I have to be picky, I guess the iOS version has a little bit of a learning curve. The finger gestures are easy, but not always intuitive. The more you use the app, the more intuitive the gestures become. Just give it some time and it will become easy. **Recommendations to others considering RealVNC:** I've tried many remote desktop applications. RealVNC is by far the best. I probably don't utilize all of it's functions, but for pure remote desktop, it's the best. **What problems is RealVNC solving and how is that benefiting you?** I mostly use RealVNC for cross platform control. I do most of my work on a Mac. I've set up a remote PC that I connect to with RealVNC. Now it's like having two computers on the same screen. Service unvailable, Internet down - VNC Server is still listening on local connections. The new real-time codec makes it a joy to watch moving content over a remote connection. Being the remote access without internet connection the experience is much faster. **What do you dislike about RealVNC?** What I dislike, is the way of configuring the client agent and the server agent, it is a bit more complicated to install both packages, to be able to access the equipment. Because of my differnt plattforms i know that it´s a big point. that all works without crashing.I don´t like, that i had to pay for my additional private Rasperry pi´s wich are only for smart home . It feels on my i Pad like a windows / Full Mac experience, so that this takes the 12.9 iPad to the next level of using. What is really usefull is that after the session the workstation is not log out like my last solution.
