Sofia, the AI front desk, answers calls and texts 24/7 in English and Spanish. She qualifies buyers and sellers, books showings and listing appointments, and hands hot leads to the agent live. She says every call is recorded and only calls or texts people who opted in. Hugo, the AI assistant, takes requests by call or text: "What's my day?", "Send the Kaplans the three condos", "Move Ortiz to under contract." He does it inside RealtyMind and confirms. Anything that reaches a client or touches money waits for the agent's yes. Ivy, the AI marketer, writes listing descriptions, headlines, social posts, open house promos and past client check-ins in the brokerage's brand voice.
