The thing I like best about RealtyJuggler is that the interface is simple and that it is easy to use, even on my iPad. The best feature is that it syncs contacts and calendar to my gmail account, which I use on my phone so even if I'm away from the office, I can see my day from my phone. I can also add new appointments and contacts directly to my tablet or phone and the sync process brings them into RealtyJuggler. It is online, but even on my phone with no wifi, it responds quickly and works smoothly. Pricing - I'm locked in at $179 per year which is like $15 a month. That is a lot less than any of the other CRMs that I considered, especially when they offer real technical support, training, and actually answer the phone when I call. The interface is pretty easy to use, and I don't need to call that often, but it is nice that they have English-speaking, competent support rather than chatbots or email-only support. I'm being prompted as I write this review to talk about AI - they have some cool features built in that seem like magic, but don't have AI built in. I don't think they need AI as they have regular common sense intelligence built in. I do use Claude and ChatGPT to help me compose letters, but that is my choice, not something that is being forced on me. Oh another thing I like about RealtyJuggler is that when I send either individual emails or bulk emails through RJ, the opens are tracked, so I can see if the letter was opened and for bulk emails I can see my open-rated percentage. That makes it better than sending an email through gmail. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about RealtyJuggler? I think the only thing that I don't like about RealtyJuggler is that they don't offer webpages. I've used a few CRMs that offer webpages and I liked that, even though they weren't great. Don't get me wrong, RealtyJuggler connects with my GoDaddy webpage as well as my Listings to Leads pages so that when people fill in the "Contact Me" page, that information goes directly into RealtyJuggler which is great. They connect with a bunch of lead services actually. But, if they gave us webpages too, that would be even better. Might make it too expensive though, so never mind. I like the $179 per year price. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is RealtyJuggler solving and how is that benefiting you? Without a CRM like RealtyJuggler, it is nearly impossible to maintain relationships. RealtyJuggler makes it easier than anything else I've tried to stay on top of my calendar, my follow-up tasks, my marketing, etc. It also has the best deal tracking of any of the Real Estate CRMs. I have no idea how in this market how people can make money without a CRM like RealtyJuggler. Its value if $99/year - a whole ton of animated cards, simple follow plans, a whole load of suggested letters, emails to use. GREAT real time help line!. Very easy to Google sync. What do you dislike about RealtyJuggler? Wheb its saving a file or a change/update to a contact it's a little slow. Also I'd like.to see the address on the same 'Page' as other info bit you have to click to another screen save that then click back to.your original screen. I've found it beneficial to my business to send out monthly emails even if the receiver doesn't open it, they have seen your name and have your contact info. This CRM is very easy and simple to use, whether it's emailing, managing contacts, sending out mailers, or flyers. Some actions require a lot of steps that take getting used to but there are a lot of videos to get you through all the steps. Also emails that I send out have the RJ logo on them.
