I was looking for more of an interactive system for scheduling maintenance and sending automated emails for tenants. This is not that software. **Recommendations to others considering Realty Property Management Platform:** This software is user friendly and is very good at managing your properties and getting everything organized. If you are looking for more of an interactive system for managing maintenance and tenants, keep looking. **What problems is Realty Property Management Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** I was attempting to solve our maintenance issues at our rental properties.
