Online platform is very versatile. Customizable to to each user. The customer service reps are helpful and polite, which is so noticeable today. They really helped me well. The best part on having this software is the customer relation that it builds stronger and well connected. It has alot of great features that lets you control all your company and it not very expensive. Now it is cloud based and allows you to run your entire enterprise in one package.
