In October 2022 my year contract with the new leads in 21801 and 21804 was over. The leads in these zip codes were crap and I did not get all the leads I paid for. I reached out they did a review and told me they owe me $658. However, they have NEVER refunded me the money. I have emailed several times, called at least 4 times and every time they "escalate" the request and tell me someone will call me in 24 hrs and guess what--nobody ever does and they still have not refunded my money after 2 motnhs!!! Very easy to use! I typically use Realtor.com to search for multi-family properties and potential rental properties. I buy rentals in multiple states, so it is nice to have a property search that allows me to search not only in my local area but other cities and states as well.
