Whether determining affordability, comparing loan options, or exploring refinancing opportunities, the platform serves as a reliable resource for managing all aspects of mortgage financing. ## Realtor.com Reviews ### 1. all mobile home bogus leads **Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** tiffany l. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2023 **What do you like best about Realtor.com?** I think it's a joke, I'm wondering if they really get leads **What do you dislike about Realtor.com?** at the time of signing second time around I changed my zip code to a better one 180 lisitings avail most 500-600k and in that zip code there is ONE mobile home park and my first 3 in 24 hours were same mobile home park and 2 re same Mobile home .. so far ALL of them are mobile home leads .. they said it's a revolving lead generation except I kept getting these leads and they don't even respond and if they do , they have no interest in renting in a park or have any money or credit .. so very disappointed, great if all you want is mobile home leads that go no- where , I spent over 2000 for crap , I was able to get one out of the last leaf so decided to sign up again using a better more expensive area and I get these . won't use again , actually want my money back ! **What problems is Realtor.com solving and how is that benefiting you?** nothing , was hoping to get some real people looking to buy homes that I as a realtor can assist , ### 2. I have restarted with Realtor not even 1 month in and the only leads I have gotten are way under $100,000. Meaning they are looking at condos at 9,990, $24,000, $15000 etc etc. There is a membership equity community trying to sell off their homes at any price, and no the client isnt looking for anything else. I realize this isnt Realtor.com s problem but its mine and they will only let me change zips for another one. Nothing else is open believe it or not. I cannot run a business like this. I have invested a lot of money into Realtor.com and its totally lost for at least this month. Thats why I signed up for only 6 months period. I have 3 duplicates and even a broker who signed on . **Recommendations to others considering Realtor.com:** Make sure you know whats in your zip code area. Be very careful with membership equity homes. Look at the percentage of low priced homes Take a 6 month contract only to be able to get out if necessary. **What problems is Realtor.com solving and how is that benefiting you?** So far not much ### 3. It's much more comprehensive and accurate than third party sites like Trulia and Zillow, because the info comes directly from the MLSs in each local area or region. That makes it the "go to" app for national real estate listing data. **What do you dislike about Realtor.com?** Realtor.com still is behind the times on integrating additional data, like past sales, public records for things like home sales, permits issued, and third party layers like school data, walking scores, nearby amenities, etc., that most buyers and sellers want to see in a real estate website. **Recommendations to others considering Realtor.com:** Realtor.com is slow moving but finally appears to be realizing that it needs to be more aggressive and forward thinking if it's going to be a realistic alternative to third party sites like Zillow.
