Most mortgage software sells 500 features and a learning curve measured in weeks. RealMortgagePro takes the opposite position: a handful of features that pay for themselves, in an interface simple enough to run on day one. It watches your past-client database, does the math on each client's real rate, loan, home value, and equity position, and sends personalized loan analysis emails automatically when there is a real reason to reach out: a rate drop, cash-out equity, a HELOC opportunity, a market update, or a check-in. No spray campaigns, no drip sequences, no blast emails. LOS sync with ARIVE is live. Your active loans pull in automatically every morning, and funded buyers move into long-term retention on their own. Read-only by design, set up together during onboarding. Everything sends from your own domain with one-click unsubscribe on every message. Client data is encrypted. Built by a father-son team: a loan officer with 15 years in the business and his sons, who built the tool he actually wanted.
