"Customer Account Management, HR Functions, Routing and More!"

What do you like best about RealGreen by WorkWave?

As a professional in the lawn care industry, real green is our main software used to access customer account information, billing, program set up, routing, employee functions and more. Real Green offers many different tools and account settings. I have to say Real Green’s customer support is my favorite, anytime I have an issue within the software, or how to access something, a call with tech support happens within minutes. What do you dislike about RealGreen by WorkWave?

From time to time, the software will crash and have to be restarted. They are random, and the software will show in the top left corner, “not responding”. But like any other software, these things just happen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If you are seeking a software that is detailed yet easy to use, and has multiple functions such as routing services, billing, employee time clock and HR functions, customer information and products all in one, real green has it for you. What problems is RealGreen by WorkWave solving and how is that benefiting you?

Quick and effective customer service and managing customers account. Ease of access and use is beneficial when handling a high volume of different customer service inquiries. I am able to see important customer information on one screen at the same time which helps me address customer concerns quicker. Not only am I able To handle customer accounts, but employee functions as well such as employee set up, time clock, live route tracking and more. I am able to do it all with this software. What problems is RealGreen by WorkWave solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use Real Green as a database for our local customers. It's been useful in setting up service for new customers and keeping track of payment history. "Life Line for Production "

What do you like best about RealGreen by WorkWave?

Having all our production tracking and processing in one place is a huge time saver! This software can track everything from the beginning of an estimate request, all the way to completed services and cancellations of clients. Hands down the one of the best features is the ability to leave notes. Notes on each individual account for every time the client is communicated with, notes about services with particular needs, to notes about the client within the account all help ensure the best quality of service is being provided without being clunky, messy or hard to find. What do you dislike about RealGreen by WorkWave?

The system needs to update their production time processing. Right now the software currently only allows for one time frame (in and out) to be entered, despite allowing for multiple people to work on the same job. The system should allow the ability to enter different in and out times for the same job under the separate employees working; that way the system could accurately calculate time spent at the job. As it is now I have to manually calculate the time spent at a job if multiple people work but aren't there at the exact same time. It wastes times and practically makes their auto calculation function obsolete. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is well worth it but requires a lot of training and patience. The system can be intimidating as it has so much to offer but its worth it once the software is learned. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is RealGreen by WorkWave solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use this system for all of our client account as well as nearly all of our production processing. We do not use this software for snow removal production. The software cuts down on paper use, time spent "tracking" the massive quantity of information we have for customers and allows all facets of the company to work together.
