I like the partnerships with different platforms like captivated and service bot. I have been utilizing texting services a lot more and SA5 makes it easy to send mass or individual text. The new work wave payment processing platform is difficult to navigate. That transition has been very smooth or easy to understand. The webinar about the new payment platform was not to helpful. Im finding it difficult to make sure transactions are going through now that everything is done from SA5. It has also been difficult to get good customer service on these issues. I have been using Real Green for 20 years. I started as a lawn technician, then Production Manager, then Marketing Director, then I started a fertilizing company and have owned it for 8 years now.
