Sa5 is good but other services are substandard and commitments are not honored. Response from company is lacking. They literally attempt to nickel and dime you out of business. Very easy to set up a new customer, easily search for a customer. Personaly any time that I have had to call in for support 9 out of 10 times some one could assist me right then, otherwise it maigh take a day or two. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Geocoding needs to be more accurate, if address is put into system and at times it can not geocode at all, slecting postal code will help a bit at times, but if we plug in the address into google maps we get a almost spot on location and then we just have to edit the gecoding to correct it in the system. Billing, even though the customers can be "linked" together for mailing statements, when the master account has a credit card or Ach payment set up it will not automatically pay the attached accounts.
